Cookie Policy

This policy describes cookies, local storage, and related technologies that may be used on the Healthelence Tech website.

Last updated: 4 September 2026

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, and device identifiers. They can support security, settings, measurement, embedded content, and communications.

2. Our baseline configuration

The supplied website package does not enable advertising, behavioral tracking, analytics, chat, or an embedded interactive map by default. WordPress may use necessary cookies for administrators and logged-in users. Hosting, security, content-delivery, email, anti-spam, or future services may introduce additional processing.

Optional Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam verification is loaded only when an administrator configures both required keys. Its processing is governed by Cloudflare’s applicable terms and privacy information.

3. Categories

Strictly necessary

Required for core operation, security, administrator sessions, load balancing, consent records, form protection, or similar essential functionality. Where law permits, these are used without optional consent because the requested service cannot operate properly without them.

Preferences

Remember choices such as language, display, region, or interface settings. The baseline package does not intentionally add visitor preference cookies, but future features may do so.

Analytics

Help understand aggregate use, performance, and navigation. Analytics are not included in the baseline package. When added, they should be configured according to the applicable consent and privacy requirements.

Marketing

Used to measure campaigns, build audiences, or personalize advertising. Marketing trackers are not included in the baseline package and should not be added without an approved purpose, vendor review, consent configuration, and policy update.

4. Managing choices

Where optional technologies are used and consent is required, the site should present an appropriate consent interface before they load. Browser controls can also block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect necessary functionality.

5. Inventory and changes

The website administrator must maintain an accurate inventory of cookies, scripts, service providers, purposes, durations, and data transfers. This policy should be updated whenever a material technology or purpose changes.

6. Contact
